Our Story

Years Behind The Bar, Bottled.

Lagniappe Provisions started in a kitchen in Algiers Point, with a stovetop full of test batches and a growing suspicion that the syrups behind most bars weren't good enough. What began as making better ingredients for our own drinks turned into recipes worth sharing, then recipes worth bottling. Merry and Jason built the company on a simple idea. Source close to home, make it in small batches, and test everything on real drinks before it goes in a bottle. We do our absolute best to source everything within a day's drive of the kitchen where it all started. We named the company after the thing we believe in most. The little extra, given freely, built in from the start.
